I have exported a storyline course which initially has this launch page pop up. However, the client wants it removed because some users kept closing it, leading to incomplete course result. Thus, I unchecked the Launch player in new window checkbox in Storyline’s player and sent them an updated package. Now, they can’t load the course on Moodle, their LMS system. I have tested it on ScormCloud and it is working fine so I don't know what could be the cause. Can anyone help?
Hi Leslie, does that mean the issue lies with my client's Moodle settings? I do not have any access to their Moodle thus it is very hard for me to find out what went wrong. :(
If you're unable to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, which is a great standard for testing, I'm afraid so. Perhaps showing them the comparison will help identify what you are wanting your learners to experience.

Hey Dawn - Thanks for letting us know that the course is working as expected on SCORM Cloud. At least we know it's not the project file.
Hopefully some of your fellow Moodle users will chime in to assist here. Have you reached out directly to your Moodle community/assistance?
