Scorm package was loaded and a number of learners already completed the course - after 6 months some users just get a blank screen showing the course waiting to load - at the same time there are users that complete the same course without an issue. We have repackaged the scorm file with the same results. Tested this on scorm cloud and get same results
Hi Jurgen - we gotten past the above issue - there is a setting on Firefox where you allow autoplay for videos, this resolved the issue without having to republish the course

you have probably the same Firefox problem like

this is the wrong place to change the settings
you change the autoplay option for the whole internet - that is not a good idea
the correct settings are here (for a single domain)
