scorm script outside of html tags

I'm curious as to why there is a script tag outside of the HTML tags in the index_lms_html5.html file when publishing for LMS.. javascript doesn't execute outside of the html tags.

This is the script
<script>
    window.scormdriver_content = window;
</script>

I've moved it to be inside the HTML tags. If this is going to cause problems then please let us know.
