We have a SCORM 1.2 Storyline 2 course which is tracking completion on pages viewed. It's working on SCORM Cloud, but we're having problems getting the course to show as complete in the LMS - SumTotal.
Has anyone experienced any issues with SCORM tracking in SumTotal?
Have you connected with your LMS team to see if there are particular settings or requirements you should be using? You may also want to review the information here on troubleshooting within your LMS. I also would say look at enabling the LMS debug log, as that'll help you see where the information communication mishap is occurring.
