SCORM Zipped File- Storyline

Hello,
I submitted a zipped scorm package to my LMS and they told me that they are not able to upload my scorm unzipped course into the LMS for the following reasons. Would you please help me rectify the issues below so that I can get this uploaded into my LMS.
The course I created, "TDE 14538.0 Content Test 317", using the content provided in TDE 14538.0.zip, the content shows an empty navtree on the left of the slide viewer (showing "Untitled Scene > Untitled Slide" only). The title of the content is "ScormPackage" which seems undesirable. I also see that the "Prev" and "Next" buttons do nothing - the only way to proceed through the slides is prompted by the progress of the narration.
Clicking within the slides only plays/pauses the narration, even when the narration and slide prompt the learner to respond to a multiple choice question. Again, in this case, the only way to proceed is based on the progress of the narration, which provides the answer to the question and continues to the next slide (so I'm not sure if interaction is really expected, anyway, even though the slide seems to indicate so).

Hello Nicole,
Have you tested the published zip file in the SCORM Cloud? This is the industry standard for testing content. Also, you may want to re publish for LMS and see if they can load it up using the new zipped file.
