I noticed that screen recordings don't get saved when using IE11 or Edge on my Windows 10 PC.
The slides appear in the "save dialogue" and seem to be processing when I attempt to save them in a new scene but then they just disappear.
Chrome and Firefox work fine.
I use Storyline 2, update 7. I'm guessing that this might have something to do with Windows 10 since I recently made a screen capture on a Windows 7 computer with no problems.

Hi again, I finally had time to look into the repar steps-link above.
The option described under "Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in Articulate Storyline 2" worked for me.
I followed the Windows 10 specific steps and it worked - thank you!
That is excellent news, Alexis! I'm delighted to hear you are all set, and we appreciate the update. :)
