I published a course in 2017 (in storyline), and have just updated it to storyline 3. It contains screen recordings with audio (full screen recording, not step-by-step).
Everything plays well in preview, but when I publish and put on the webserver, the screen recordings to not play (the progress bar is moving with the timeline, so I know it is not frozen).
I also feel like it publishes 'too fast' considering the number of recordings in the file.
Is there something else I need to do to the course to get the recordings to play?
I have tried deleting and re-inserting the video. No change. I also reduced the size of video so I could activate and view the video controls - indicates 00:00, when it is 01:54 in Storyline (and in preview mode.
