Thanks Ashley for that tutorial link - it worked perfectly; now all I have to do is decide what to do with my new-found knowledge!

Glad to hear it Josephine - and if you're boss is looking for you to host the video somewhere you may want to begin investigating those options such as Vimeo, Wistia, Youtube, etc. as sending an MP4 of that size via email may be too large. 

Thanks.  We're looking to have these in our website, so I suppose using something like vimeo will make that easier (because the iframe will then appear easily with a share function).  We've done something similar with you tube videos.

You'll just want to be aware there is a recent issue with Vimeo and Youtube videos not allowing for it to go fullscreen as detailed here.  This seems to be a change in the Vimeo API to not allow placing it inside a 3rd party iFrame, so it's worth noting if you're placing it within your website as well and you may want to review the Vimeo support site for additional information or strategies surrounding this.
