My desktop doesn't allow screen casting when Articulate 360 is downloaded. My co-worker removed the app, and his screen casting software works now. Is there a setting I can change that will allow my computer to screen cast?
We are using a Windows plugin to cast our computer screen onto a big tv in the office. I do use Peek, and love it! But this is more live streaming from my screen.
Unfortunately not. A quick search of the forums and the support cases says we have not heard this before either, so I'm opening a case on your behalf so that our team can take a closer look.

Hi Elizabeth,
What screen casting tool are you using? I have not seen any issues reported.
Are you needing screen casts for your projects or just in general? Have you checked out Peek?

Oh, got it. Please let us know what that is. I'd love to share it with our team so that we can take a look and see what may be happening.
Thank you Leslie! I figured out what it is. We are using Microsoft Miracast. Any idea how Articulate 360 could be interfering?
