Screen loading slow with swipe functionality in Storyline 360

Hi Team,

I have developed a course using swipe functionality of Storyline 360, and I have faced following issues at the time of testing:

  1. Screen load slow when I Swipe Next or Previous showing 3 dots loading animation on black screen.
  2. Sometimes closes the course while I was trying to Swipe back and forth.
  3. Audio syncing is not proper in devices but working fine in desktop.

Devices Used:

  1. I pad
  2. IPhone 8
  3. IPhone 6
  4. Samsung galaxy A8 star

Browser used: 

  1. Internet explorer 
  2. Chrome
  3. Safari

Do we have any option to compress the published LMS package so that it load faster?

Hi Vikrant,

Sorry to hear your course is loading slowly on mobile devices. Is it hosted on a learning management system?

If so, have you tried hosting the course in another LMS environment? SCORM Cloud is perfect because it's industry-standard, and it's free to use.

We can help you with that testing, if you'd like. You can upload your file privately to our support team here, and we'll delete it when we're done testing.
