I want to record my Storyline document. So I started Peek or Replay (both have the same problem). I adjust the square to show just my Storyline slides. Start record. At the end I click on Done or ESC.
Replaying my movie does not show me a correct picture. Only a part of it. Remark. I have 3 screens. 2 External and 1 on my laptop.
How can I make a correct recording please? Greetings Peter
I'm happy to help! Have you tried unplugging the external monitors and only recording the laptop screen? I've noticed similar snags when recording using multiple monitors.
