I have a problem with my course not refreshing when I select slides from a light box menu instead of the default player menu. Afterward, the same thing happens when I used the default player previous and next button. I published the course to SCORM 2004 3rd in order for me to get a complete-pass and score. I have attached an image.
I guesss I didn't word it clearly. When I it navigate to another slide using my light box menu, the images from the previous slide would not change on the screen so I ended up with overlaying images. If you look at the image attached, you'll see ghost images from slide before.
Here is the file. It might not work as you know, it like taking a car to the dealer. The problem never duplicate for the mechanic. Anyway, it happens all the time and I published out as SCORM 2004 3rd and test it out on SCORM Cloud.
You did mention about clicking to other slides from the lightbox menu, but I am not able to do that in the version either, but using the prev/next button I do not see any overlaps.
Hi again, I sorry about the mechanic part. I don't know if it's a video card problem, but see the screen capture attached. This was after I launched your link and navigate from the light box icon on the upper left >> .
Hi, thanks for continuing to help with this issue. I want to make sure I understand you. Did create an new file and copy or import all the slide over and re-save it? I am wondering if my file somehow got corrupted.
I copied the slides into a new file and re saved it. The only thing I changed was the lightbox slide, i made the buttons say Slide 1, 2, 3, 4, just for my own reference to make sure everything was linking correctly.

Hello Ted,
I am not sure what you mean by not refreshing. Do you want the slides to return to their initial state, or return to a saved state?
Do you have a .story file you could share with us?

Hello Ted!
Would you be able to share the file here, or just a few slides that are giving the isssue?

Hello Ted!
I uploaded your file to SCORM Cloud, and i did not see the issue you are referring to. (I guess maybe I should become a mechanic?)
Can you test this output here and see if you see the issues?

Hello Ted,
I have been testing this file, and I am not able to recreate the issue by making a new file using the same set up an animations as in yours.
However I am able to see it in your file in the SCORM output. I am going continue to see if I can recreate this from my end.
Have you seen the same issue when viewing in the HTML5 version?
Hello Ted!
I was able to get the file to work as expected by copying the slides into a new file.
Here is the output for you to test, and attached is the file.
