I have a project that I am currently working on and it already has several screen recordings in it. If I try and add another it crashes. If I try and add one that is already in use it crashes. I am not sure what is going on with this, but it is making it impossible to finish the project.
Please be sure that you are working locally on both your software and project files.
You may want to try to utilize the option to import into a new file if you are only having difficulty with this one project.
If you are having difficulty with Storyline 2 in general, please be sure that you are utilizing the latest update and if you are, please repair your software.
yes everything is on the local drive. already tried creating a new project, i am running the most current update and tried reinstalling. although it is Storyline 1.
