Screen recording

I think that's normal so you can record. It does not close the programme. Merely minimises it to the system tray so you can then set the capture area and record. You should be able to see the dotted line recording area with the record button. You would move and resize this for the programme you want to record.

I have the same problem with screen recording option. Storyline closes every time I click on button "Record Screen" (I've also tried different options to use it) and window with system error shows (please find it attached).
I've submitted a case to the technical support team. Awaiting for their solution.
Hope it would be solved asap as I have assigned project based on this function.
