screen recording

I am currently testing articulte 360 - storyline as we consider getting a lincense.

As I was testing the screen-recording option and ran into a little problem. during my screen-recording (I was recording a workflow in SAP), I was typing information in particular fields. I inserted the screen-recording in a project and when testing my project, I could not see what was being typed in SAP... could somebody tell how I can make sure that the screen recording also shows what was typed during recording?

How did you insert your screen recording?

Have you checked the Action Fine Tuning to be sure your text is being displayed on the slide as expected?
