i want to record a webinar, which has sound. however, the screen record feature also records my key typing and sounds from my surroundings - guess it's picking up sounds from my computer mic...
don't know if this is an Articulate setting or computer setting requirements.
I've had this happen before, and if you ask anyone around me.. well.. my keyboard is never silent :D
It does sounds like your mic is picking up the background noise. What you can do, is disable the microphone and enable the "speakers" - this way the sound from the webinar will be recorded, but nothing you say/type/click will be heard.
To do this, click on the cogwheel to open the recording settings. Make sure that your "Microphone" is not checked and that your "Speakers" are checked.
