Screen Recording Audio Questions

I recently took a lengthy screen recording of some complex software interactions that had recorded audio throughout. However, when I compiled it via that wizard when I was done, you know the one that asks you about view mode, etc.  Well, I accidently clicked the single slide thingy, and it took forever, but eventually it produced a single slide screen recording of the session, complete with all the audio. That is not what I wanted though, so I went back and clicked on the video again and this time told it to do multiple slides. Anyway, when it was done, it produced a 163 slide screen show but no audio. At all. What am I missing here? How can I get it to compile it as a multiple slide screen recording with the audio spread out between each slide?
