Screen Recording - Changing the color of the highlight rectangle

I have been reviewing other threads and can't seem to find what I am looking for. I need to know if I can change the color of the the rectangle that is inserted during a screen recording selecting a button or entering data during the recording. I would really like to change the border to a more visible color.

Near as I can tell changing the Theme colors has no impact on this rectangle. Any ideas?

Hi Roy,

Changing the colour of a screen recording is impossible.

Yet there is a way of cutting it out.

I realize this is an old thread but is there still no way to change the highlight color? It would seem that the color should be tied to the theme but that doesn't seem to be the case. Its a useful visual aid but very time consuming to change the color on individual slides.

There isn't a way to change that highlight color, but you're welcome to share your thoughts in a feature request!
