I did a software simulation. My recording is very blurry. I mean the initial recording is very blurry. When I view the published video, the video is blurry but when I click on a link or a button, or when the mouse is scrolling, the screen is clear for that moment. I tried to increase the quality when publishing, but made no difference. Is there any way to improve the video quality? or I have to record again?
What version of Storyline did you use to create the screen recording? Also, would you mind sharing the original project file with me? I'd like to take a closer look at the bluriness you're seeing.
I saw the screen recording looked a bit blurry while editing, but upon publishing it it did appear like once you zoomed into the screen things were not blurry. Did you scale this prior to inserting into Storyline? I would take a look at the best practices outlined here for screen recording, as any scaling can cause display blurriness.
Take a look at the example of your course I published here to Review in case you want to see how it looks once published.

I followed up in October and January. No progress yet. I was out at DevLearn in October and ran across a lot of people who have experienced this. I hope they get it fixed soon, I like SL but I need clear images. I am already starting to develop in other products as work arounds. Eventually it won't be worth my time to work around it, I'll just move my development to a different product.
I have taken out the Zoom feature on my screen recording and this helped a little bit and I have also worked on my screen size. But this still is an issue.
Thank you,

You can attach the file right here.
I am having the same issue. I am using Storyline 360.

Hi Cindy, did you finally find a solution on this issue?
Sounds like it might be the same thing discussed here:

Yes it is :) Did you manage to find a solution for this problem?
