Hi Everyone, I am trying to do a screen recording in Storyline 2. I am wanting to use the Try It mode but am having issues recording (view mode doesn't work at all). Sometimes it will record and other times it won't. I am working on this file off of my desktop (not a network drive), I have tried only using one screen, etc. Nothing seems to make rhyme or reason as to when this works and when it doesn't. Anyone have advice?

Sorry you're running into this trouble! Thanks for letting me know you're working from your desktop--that's one of the first things I usually ask. ☺️
Have you tried using the screen recording tool in a new Storyline 2 file? Does the same thing happen there?
