I'm having trouble with an Articulate Storyline 2 file that has 10 screen recordings (over 8 scenes) that all work fine in Preview, but it doesn't seem to matter how I publish this file - the screen records appear as white screens after publish.
I've created a 3 slide "dummy" story, with a screen recording on slide 2 and attached it. It does the same thing as my "real" one.
I have the same problem today with my story with three videos. I still could not find a solution but maybe you could try duplicating the slides. Let me know if it works or if you find another solution.
I've published your example to my LMS and can report the video on slide two displayed as intended.
My guess is that the browser you're viewing your published work on hasn't got a compatible flash or html5 video player plug-in or video content has been disabled by your network admin as a network security protocol.
To confirm this is this the issue you could try viewing your published work on an off-network internet (and video playback) capable computer or device then explore the compatibility issue.
Hi All! Long story short, I've got it working! I had to publish it on a different servers, so it appears as though its the server settings that are the issue.
Glad to hear that you were able to get something working for you and you are closer to a solution. I thought the following may help you as well:
If MP4 videos don't display when your Articulate content is hosted on a server, it's likely that the server isn't configured to play these files. See this article for more information.

Hi Stevi-lee!
I did not have any difficulty with your file when published.
Does my published file work for you? You can access it here.

Hi again Leslie, I've zipped the published output of my "Real" project and attached it. Is there something you can check in there?
I've also added my "Real" Articulate file to work with.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions :)
Thanks,
Stevi
