I am recording the screen using record screen option. But sometimes it comes with audio some time not. I am making the setting perfectly. Also some file has recording audio for only 1st minute for second minute not recording the audio. Can anybody suggest what exactly is the problem ?
From my experience as a PC tech typically if something is intermittent its a hardware issue. The fact that its intermittent means that at least at first storyline sees the mic and records. This means that its most likely not a problem with your configuration or an issue that is keeping storyline from seeing your mic. Have you tried another microphone or possibly updating or reinstalling your sound card drivers ?
Hi Ravindra! Looks like James has popped in to assist here, but you are right, inconsistent/erratic problems are the worst. Please be sure that you are working locally as well as audio issues are the number one problem if working from a network. Hopefully your IT team will be able to assist you.
