I've created a course that uses Try-Mode Screen Recordings & Single Slide Video Screen Recordings. When I published the course in HTML5 the Single Slide Video Screen Recordings will not run. The screen just sits there and the swirl just spins but the Try Mode Screen Recordings will run.
Need help as we are trying to put the course into use.

What browser are you using to test the HTML5 output? You'll want to ensure you're using one of the browsers documented here in terms of our HTML5 support.
