we recorded our screen with Articulate Storyline 2 and inserted the final video as an "attempt scene" in our project. One task requests the user to type an email adress in the pointed textfield. The problem is, that the user can't type the @-Symbol in the textfield.
Are you using a non-English keyboard to do this? If so, I've seen the issue before as detailed here using the Alt+GR key combo to access the @ symbol. For me it's just the Shift+2 button that allows it to work.
Thank you for your response. My problem is unfortunately not about the key combination. If I try both ways of key combinations (STRG+2 or ALT GR+Q) Articulate doesn’t print the @-letter.. Do you have an idea how to solve this?
Were you able to take a look at the forum discussion I previously linked above? You'll see that the recommended method to use that key combination is detailed here.
