there is an issue with your results slide as SL has either not automatically created the variables needed or someone has deleted them. You will see on your result slide it is looking to give a pass or fail based on 'unassigned' variables - it is erroring because they don't exist.
I inserted a T/F quiz slide with a result slide - look at the result slide and look into the variables that have been automatically created - they are needed to give the results.

Aha! I was kind of avoiding variables, but it looks like I'm going to have to do some investigation if I want to use custom hotspots in the quiz!

any quiz where you want to have a result slide will have variables - not just custom ones...no getting away from it.
