Screen recordings in html5

Jul 22, 2014

Hello. I'm trying to build some training which includes screen recording try mode.

I found that it worked well with Explorer, but not with Chrome and firefox.(html5)

I did check html5 output in publishing window.

One of the \ problamatic slide demands to "right click" with mouse

It keeps saying that I input incorrect answer even if I input the right one.

Some of slides just show a loading circle when I input a right answer.

We are going to publish them to html and html5.

I opened the training with "story_html5.html" in Chrome and firefox.

They are all standalone files.

Is "screen recording" not that compatible with html5?

- I checked the below page already.

Hi Soogyung,

You mentioned you tested the HTML5 content within the publishing window, do you mean that you tested it locally? You'll want to upload your course to a web server or LMS (or publish for CD if using locally) to properly test the content. If you were testing on a server/LMS and still running into problems when pointing to the html5 link can you share a copy of this project (the one in the image) so that we can take a look and do some additional testing?

I'll also want to know where your hosting the content and what version of Chrome you're using?

Thanks!
