Screen Recordings Not Saving In Current Udate

Has anyone else experienced this:

I updated Storyline to the latest version  (Oct 29 2019)  so i could review the new triggers and and now I have significant errors doing screen recordings. Anything above a few seconds either hangs at 100% saving or hangs at 0%. All i'm doing is recording a browser window in full screen with audio for <2 Mins with a few pauses. 

I have tried it a number of times with existing and new files

Smart move to also open a support case. I see that my teammate, Peter, is working with you one-on-one to troubleshoot the screen recording behavior on the latest update.

Any new insights yet? I'm struggeling with the exact same thing. To me it looks like this is only an issue for longer screen captures. I did a couple of test runs, all just a couple of seconds long, and that worked out smoothly, but when I did the "real" recording of like 20 minutes or something, twice in a row that happened to me.

I'm sorry you're running into this as well! It looks like our support engineers were unable to replicate the issue Mark had three months ago and walked him through some cleanup steps.
