Screen recordings not working?

does any one have any idea why my screen recordings are not working? I have created screen recordings in the past without a problem but now when I create one, it plays fine in preview but once I publish for LMS it will not play in the 'view project area or when uploaded to our LMS? the seek bar still moves along but there is not sound or picture. Any ideas?

I spoke too soon, changing my default browser back to google chrome enabled me to view the project after publishing but it still won't play once uploaded to the LMS. I have tried to upload to our LMS using google chrome and tried internet explorer and it all uploads fine but just won't play. I am sure it is something to do with our internal network and how this is set up but if anyone has any suggestions please do tell. :0/
