Hi! I am wanting to simply insert a screen recording as try mode but instead they are loading as a screenshot??? I have attempted with several screen recordings and they are all giving me the same issue. (SL2)
Well, it was fun while it lasted. I am back to all of my IE-mode recordings being imported as single screenshots. I hope that Niels and Abel come up with something that will help me as well! :-)
I was able to find Niels case ( # 00547959 for my reference) so we'll continue to follow along.
Rory, did anything change in terms of your set up when the screen recordings were able to be imported as slide by slide or now that you're seeing them all in video on a single slide mode? It sounds unusual that it would have worked for a bit and than changed for no reason.
Which one did you change it to - change it from? I have IE11 installed, but I could test recording in a few different modes using the F12 set up as you mentioned to see how it behaves on my end. But again, since you previously mentioned it was that specific program that regularly showed the problem that may be a part of what you're still running into.
Thanks Ashley. No worries for now. Changing from IE9 Compatibility View to IE9 is giving me the most success. At the moment, my recordings are inserting as slides again - so let's just assume this is sorted for now! At least I can end the work day encouraged!

Perfect Niels - and if you have a case number I'm happy to follow along as you work with Abel.

Hey Ashley - the only thing I changed was which browser mode I used to record. The process to record and import slides is exactly the same.

Happy to hear that Rory! That's the best way to end the work day...maybe with a cocktail too? ;-)
You too! ;-)
