Screen Recordings will not play on the iPad

I am not able to get the screen recordings in my course to play on the ipad 2.  I am using the latest version of ios.

I used Storyline to record.

Has anyone been able to get this to work?

Hi Laura,

Can you tell us a little more about your course and what's happening, please?

Are you publishing for HTML5 or the Articulate Mobile Player? If this is happening when viewing your course in Safari (HTML5), can you try publishing for the Mobile Player, just to see if the same thing happens?

What type of screen recording is in your course? Is it a single video recording, or a step-by-step recording?

Where are you hosting the course? Do you have the course uploaded to a web server or LMS? If it's an LMS, which LMS are you using?

Any other information you could share would be helpful. Also, if you'd like to share the .STORY file here, I'd be happy to take a look on my iPad.

Hi Chistine,

I published my course to HTML 5 and I am trying to play it in Safari.  The screen recording was made using Storyline and it is a step by step recording. 

I am hosting the course in  our LMS: Moodle, I also uploaded it to your SCORM Cloud to test it and it still did not play.

I will upload my course and reference this post.  I will private message you the link.

Could you tell us a bit more about what is not working when viewing the screen recording on your iPad? Additionally, please let us know what version of Storyline (we're currently on update 4) and iOS you're using, and if you're viewing the HTML5 output or within the Mobile player. If you'd like to share your .story file here with us we can also test on our end.
