I recently created an online course and after it was publised to our company website none of the screen recordings showed up. The slides that holds the screen recordings were blank? Any suggestions?
One of our IT staff was able to resolve the screen recording issues because the screenshot slides were saved in mp4 format instead of mp3. He made a change in IIS so that it would see mp4 as mp3 and now they will play online. It was really an IIS issue, not an issue with the screen recordings or storyline. Thank everyone for all your help and suggestions! - Denise

Hi Denise,
Here's a link that describes some of the reasons different media may not work
Also, you could try uploading somewhere else for testing purposes, such as:

Rebecca's link should help. When we had a similar problem, we had to configure the MIME type for MP4.
