I have a screen with voices and animation (text fly in).
Sometimes (!) voices and animations work correctly. Sometimes (!) voices and animation don't work. This even when previewing the screen in Storyline on my stand-alone laptop. Last Friday it did'nt work, yesterday it worked, today it doesn't work.
In the meantime I haven't changed anything in the program or in the parameters.
I have reinstalled the latest version of Storyline this morning but the issue is still there.
Do you have an idea of what to do ? Should I reinstall the software after having deleted all previous version ?

I have tested it by duplicating the file. It doesn't have any influence : the problem remains.

...and to continue what Nick has said, do you only have a problem with this file? What happens if you try the same thing in a brand new file?
Sorry for the late answer. I had to reinstall the tool on the computer. Now it works better.
