Screencast application via Chrome in trymode doesn't allow to enter values

May 15, 2020

I am just new and trying out the possibility to use the nice Screenrecording on our application.

If I use Chrome, storyline shows me Type 1 f.i. but doesn't allow me to enter anything. When I use IE it allows me to enter the requested info. Now I know that Chrome is different from the IE player, but how can I manually make the slide work the same as with IE. I have attached the triggerscreens of both browsers. It's for me a show stopper because our application is built in Chrome.

Hi Bert!

I haven't seen this issue with Chrome before! I tested out the Review link and can see exactly what you're noticing on your end.

Since this doesn't look familiar, I'd like for our Support Engineers to dig into the file to see what would be causing this. Would you mind uploading your course to our team? Here's a private upload link to share your .story file.
