I've tried to add screencasts recorded in Storyline 2 several times, but when I publish the screen is blank. Nothing plays. Does anyone else have this problem?
Hi, Yvette -- So sorry to hear that you are having difficulties! Can you confirm that you are working on your local C: drive rather than a network drive? And if you continue to have issues, please see this information on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in SL2, and run through the repair steps in #2.
