Screencast crashes 90% of the time during the saving process.

What the title says! It gets to "Saving ... 100%" and then nothing happens. I have to use Task Manager to close Articulate 360. A quick search tells me that this problem has been in the software since at least 2015.

Hi there, Fraser.  That sounds pretty aggravating, and not an experience we want you to have.  Would you be willing to work with our support team?  We can have a look under the hood and see if we can determine what's causing the crash with screen recording.  More than two minutes is definitely not an unreasonable amount of time!
