What the title says! It gets to "Saving ... 100%" and then nothing happens. I have to use Task Manager to close Articulate 360. A quick search tells me that this problem has been in the software since at least 2015.
By the way, this isn't an issue of Admin permission or saving the file with special characters. When I do a short screen capture it works, when I do anything longer than two minutes, it does not.

We can have a look under the hood and see if we can determine what's causing the crash with screen recording. More than two minutes is definitely not an unreasonable amount of time!
