I am using Storyline 2 to develop an online systems training project. When I insert a screen recording and set the microphone properties I find that my screen actions are recording but not my audio. I have to insert audio separately. Am I missing something?

Are you inserting the screen recording as a step by step or a video on a single slide? Step by step recordings do not include audio as detailed here.
