Having created and tested a Storyline file containing 13 short screen recording demos (total file size 285 MB) I have published to Moodle and at first everything seems to work fine.
However, I'm now finding that the published slides with screen recording elements are freezing at intermittent times, and other testers are reporting the same issues.
Have you been able to determine if the freezing happens within a particular browser or flash version? You'll want to check that users are accessing the course through one of the supported browsers here.
