Screencasts not playing automatically

I have a number of screencasts in my training -- about 12 in total on different SL360 slides. But when I upload it to our LMS Sandbox (SumTotal Maestro) to see how everything looks, for some reason 5 random screencasts in my project won't auto play even though the triggers are the same as the ones that work.

Hi Jodi,

Allow me to raise some points to help us formulate a remedy for this issue. 

  • Does your server have the MIME type for MP4 enabled?
  • What is the version of your Storyline?
  • Have you tried testing the course in any other hosting environments like SCORM Cloud?
  • What browser(s) are you using to view the course?
