I tried to replace an old screenshot with a new one, but the new one is much smaller and the quality less good (snipping tool). Any idea why? I installed 360, since then I have Problems (Normally I work with articulate storyline 2).
Any idea or advice is highly appreciated :) Thank you! Gina
One tip I've learned is that when I do screenshots, I zoom the window as much as possible and then take the screenshot. It bumps up the resolution and gets a higher quality image.
Basically, you can always shrink down, but it's hard to scale up and keep great image quality.
Not sure about the effect of SL2 vs. 360 though. Hope that helps.
Hi Gina - Is your new image scaling to fit the same size as the previous image? I tested swapping new images and inserting screenshots, but I'm not sure that I'm seeing this behavior in Storyline 360. Do you have a .story file you'd like us to take a look at? If it is scaling up to fill a screen, I'd follow Luke's advice for better results.
Thank you both for your advice. I talked to the technical support and in the end I had to restore my system to the point before I installed 360. Unfortunetly, this was the only way to do it. It has something to do with the resolution. Now it works aagin.
