Screenshots doesn't work on Articulate Review

Hi everyone,
I've seen the video about the Articulate Review and, in theory, when a corrector add a comment on the slide i'm supposed to see the screenshot to know exactly what the corrector saw when he comment my slide, right ?
What's wrong with me ?

Does this issue happen when the comment is posted on a slide that contains a video?
If so, our team is already troubleshooting this problem, and we promise to let you know as soon as it is resolved!

Ok so for the moment, no screenshots...
However, how long could it take ?

Great news - our team fixed the issue where the screenshot in the Feedback wasn't including the videos when a comment is created. This fix is available in Update 26 of Storyline 360.
The directions here will walk you through updating!
