I've seen the video about the Articulate Review and, in theory, when a corrector add a comment on the slide i'm supposed to see the screenshot to know exactly what the corrector saw when he comment my slide, right ?

Great news - our team fixed the issue where the screenshot in the Feedback wasn't including the videos when a comment is created. This fix is available in Update 26 of Storyline 360.

Does this issue happen when the comment is posted on a slide that contains a video?
If so, our team is already troubleshooting this problem, and we promise to let you know as soon as it is resolved!
