Are they blurry while you're editing within Storyline or during the preview/publish process? Storyline does some compression of elements such as images, audio, and media in general and you can change that overall compression within the publish settings.
If it's while you're editing the slide itself, have you looked into the difference in the Storyline story size vs. the Powerpoint slide size? Is the image being scaled, minimized, etc. to fit within it? You may want to also look into the file type of the image and try a different type such as a png.
Thanks for responding! I am editing the slide and the image appears to be condensed or compressed. It appears to be the size, should I go back and make changes to the ppt. then re-do the import into Storyline?
Are you able to insert the image directly into Storyline instead of importing from Powerpoint? That may help ensure it's scaled correctly for your story size instead of just drawing in from what Powerpoint used. I saw an issue the other day where if you had cropped or adjusted the image within Powerpoint, and then imported that into Storyline, Storyline still respects the original image size and therefore may stretch or scale incorrectly. If you have the image, you can insert directly into Storyline and then crop there as needed.
Do you have any suggestions for sending the complete course to someone to review? How can someone review and (Q&A) the finished product without Storyline on their pc?
Also, as an fyi, if you reply via email it includes your signature in the reply and you're welcome to edit the posts to remove that information if you'd like.
It is likely the FTP option - you may want to check with your company in terms of how they prefer information be loaded up. You'll likely want to publish for Web and then you'll need all the files and folders created in the published output.

Hey thanks!
Your suggestion worked and I really appreciate your help.

Hi Shanna,
Glad that suggestion worked for you! If they don't have Storyline on their computer, you'll need to send them a published version of the course to review. You may want to use a publish to Word version, or publish for web and use one of the free platforms mentioned in this article as a testing site.

Hi again,
What information would be needed to publish a course to company's intranet site? Is this the FTP option?
Hi Shanna,
It is likely the FTP option - you may want to check with your company in terms of how they prefer information be loaded up. You'll likely want to publish for Web and then you'll need all the files and folders created in the published output.
