My colleague is using the trial version of Storyline. He used screen capture to build a few slides. It all looks right on the screen. When he goes to preview the project nothing appears. He sent me the file and I was able to get it to play fine. Any ideas why it won't work for him?
it could depend on the local settings of the computer what displays and what doesn't. It is recommended that you view the output in the intended environment to get an accurate view of the published module. So if you publish to LMS you can view in Scormcloud (which is an industry standard LMS) or if publishing to web upload to a webserver and run from there.
Alternatively try publishing to CD and see if it will work that way on his local computer.

I figured it out. It was an issue with his Flash. Here is more information for it. https://www.articulate.com/support/storyline-2/preview-isnt-working-in-articulate-software-with-flash-player-2000267-installed?_ga=1.234133786.587368951.1432929237
Glad you were able to get this sorted Ali and thanks for popping in to share both your update and the solution with the community :)
