Scroll bar not scrolling on iPad

I have created a number of courses recently in SL2 and found that when used on iPad the Scroll bar does not allow me to make it visible or even scroll.

I have looked through previous forum conversations and it has talked about taping it or using 2 figures but I have used 2, 3 & 4 fingers still to no success. Is there a way to fix this or is there an update on its way as I know this is an issue that catches a lot of people out.

Hi, John -- Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues, and just to confirm, have you reviewed the information below??

How to Use Scrolling Panels on Touchscreen Devices

When viewing Articulate Storyline 2 output on a touchscreen device (iPad, iPhone, Android, etc.), use one finger to scroll through content in scrolling panels.

HTML5 Output

In HTML5 output, you can scroll anywhere in the scrolling panel. You don't necessarily have to use the scroll bar. (Mobile Safari doesn't show scroll bars until you begin scrolling.)

Articulate Mobile Player Output

In the Articulate Mobile Player app, you must use the scroll bar to navigate through scrolling panels.

Hi, Byron -- It looks like the last correspondence on John's case was back in August '15. The message is as follows:

"Hi John! I was able to get access to two people who have iPad Air running iOS 8.4. In both instances, they're able to scroll through the text in your published story. We're unable to reproduce the issue on any of your iPads. Have you tried resetting your iPad? If you haven't please go to Settings -> General -> Reset, and choose "Reset All Settings". Please see if this will help resolve the issue."

If you would like to reach out to John directly, you are welcome to use the 'Contact Me' link on his profile page. Or, if you'd like to share your file here, please feel free and we'll see what we can do to assist.
