I would like users to be able to walk through the whole module without the scroll bar but once they are complete if they return or resume the scroll bar will appear so that they can skip through - any suggestions on how to make that happen?
I think you may mean the seekbar that appears along the bottom of the player? There isn't a way to enable it on a second attempt or revisit to the course. If you don't want them to be able to use it, you could look at turning it on in Read only mode which is a function of Storyline 2.
