I have a text box that contains too much text to be shown on the slide at any one time. I therefore added a scrolling panel to the slide and dropped the text box into it. However when I preview it only the right hand side, i.e. the scroll bar shows. None of the text in the text box appears.
Work on your local drive (your C: drive).Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, includingfile corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.
Next, if you're still seeing the issue I'd check to see if you've applied a font style to the textbox itself instead of the text within the textbox. I've seen a similar scenario when viewed in the HTML5 output.
If you're still having a difficult time with Storyline, is it just in this one file or all your Storyline files? If it's just one file I'd suggest trying to import it into a new Storyline project. If it's happening in all your Storyline files, I'd begin by conducting a repair of Storyline.

Hi Ashley,
Thanks for your advice.
I solved the problem by just creating a new text box and scrolling panel!
Thanks again,
Brian
