I've inserted a couple of scrolling panels in boxes where I am listing some examples that won't quite fit within the parameters of the box.
When I try to scroll all the way to the bottom of the panel, the last line and half or so of text isn't showing up.

Typically this occurs when the text runs past/beneath the boundaries of the text box itself. If you click on the bottom pull handle of your text box and make sure it's below the last of the text, this should clear the issue.

Try adding an extra return or two in your text field.

It seems to look fine for me in preview. Maybe I'm missing it - which of the slide layers are you having trouble with?

I can get it to go all the way to the end.
However, I don't have your font installed, so there might be something w/ the font causing it.
