In my course, the scrubber finishes before the audio completes. The learner then loses the ability to pause the audio to take notes. How can I get them to synchronize?
I need to provide a little more information. I have a slide with six layers. Each layer has about a minute of audio. On one layer, the scrubber runs out before the audio finishes. On other layers, I hit the pause button and the audio will not pause.
Thanks for answering Christine's original question, would this be one that you could share the Storyline file with us? That may help with the scrubber/audio length issue and then we'll look at your audio behavior on your layers too.

Hi Jeannie,
Is your audio spanned in the timeline for the same length of the audio file?
For example, if you insert an audio file that runs 2 minutes, make sure that the timeline is expanded for 2 minutes as well.
If you still have trouble with this, please try sharing your .STORY file here. I'd be happy to take a look and see what's happening.
Best,
Christine
Hi Christine,
Thanks for your response. The slide timeline corresponds to the timeline for the audio. Is that what you are asking?
