The biggest irony of the day: I submitted this as a support request, and the automated email came back saying, "In the meantime, you mightwant to take a look at our communityforums."
Sorry about the difficulty you've experienced - and the ironic email message.
This has been going on for awhile, and for a period of time it was inconsistent across users - so with that it made it difficult to pin down. Our Web team is aware of the issue, and are also working on some powerful updates to the ELH site - and we've shared with them, that this would be the biggest need - so an updated search functionality is on the horizon.
In the meantime, using Google or a site such as Articusearch are great alternatives.

It is not just you.
When I want to search the Articulate website, I go to Google and type:
site:articulate.com Templates
for example. Or, site:community.articulate.com
That will make Google search within Articulate's website/forums. You can then also limit time ranges, etc.
Best of luck!
Thanks!
I'll use The Google to get it done!!
Has this been going on for a while??
The Google!
I've never had any luck using the website's own search function, and I've been using Storyline since it first launched, so, yes, afraid so.
That's...I'm just...wow.
