To avoid asking questions that are probably long answered in the forum I'd like to search the forum, but the search box doesn't seem to work for me. Even the search entry: 'trigger' does not get any matches. (in either IE or chrome)
Thanks for sharing the update here. It's something our web team is aware of in regards to searching the forums being impossible for some users. They've put it on the list for some upcoming updates to the Heroes site, so we'll keep you all posted on when that'll be available to use. In the meantime, the method you mentioned works fairly well - and I often just use the syntax site:articulate.com that way you also receive tutorials and blog posts, and support articles instead of just forums.

Hi Michel,

Being too lazy to type in the "site" field on each visit to that Google Advanced Search page, I've created a browser favorite that points to: http://www.google.com/advanced_search?as_sitesearch=community.articulate.com
With that URL, the site field gets pre-populated and you can start entering search criteria right away. With Ashley's suggestion to include the whole Articulate domain, the URL for be: http://www.google.com/advanced_search?as_sitesearch=articulate.com

Hi Gary -
Nice fix - we actually also have one that one of our Senior Support engineers created called Articusearch. Same method and set up.
Haha, nice one.
Thanks Gary and Ashley! I'll use your methods for sure.
