See Text Labels in Context

I got this questions from our subsidiary "We have started to translate the text labels of the storyline player into our local language. When we went over the existing labels we could not tell where in the e-training/ in the player they are shown and which functions they represent. Is there a possibility to get a quick overview of the labels in the different contexts?"
I know, that you can save the text labels as an xml document. But that is not very handy... I also know that, you can create an PDF from an xml file- but also that won't help my collegues.
Can you help me ?

In Player Properties, you should be able to see which tabs are activated by looking at the check boxes as shown here:
Unfortunately there isn't a way to determine which of the text labels are being used in a course, so I'd look at translating/updating them all to be safe. If you'd like to send all the text labels to someone else to customize or translate, download this spreadsheet, which contains a complete list.
And if you'd like to see a feature in Storyline that tells which text labels are being used, that's definitely something worth sharing with our product development team! I've seen this question come up a few times in the forums before, so adding your voice in the form of a feature request helps us get a better idea of how in demand this feature is. :)
